Debt Collection

So you have diagnosed that your debtor is unethical. It is vital that you start treatment as soon as possible.   
  
The first step is to send your client a final warning letter. Contact us and we email a copy to you. Just put it on you own letterhead.
  
Keep in mind that you are threatening debt collection action within seven days so by sending the final warning letter you have already decided to submit your debt for collection if payment is not made.
  
Submitting a debt for collection is as simple as completing and submitting a Debt Lodgement Form to Cash Flow Doctors. If you are a new client we will then invoice you for your one-off sign up fee.
  

The important thing to remember is that the chances of debt collection being successful are enhanced by:

  • Correctly disclosing terms of trade to your debtor
  • Having up to date contact details for your debtor
  • Commencing treatment as soon as you diagnose your debtor is unethical

So how much are our debt collection fees?
  
To start the Cure we have a small one-off sign up fee of $80. Commission of 20% is charged on every dollar collected up to a maximum of $2,000. On some collections a minimum commission of $50 applies. (prices exclude GST)
  
Commission can be on charged to your slow payer, but conditions apply.
